    Tim started his career at McCanns working on Coca Cola International.  He then moved into Direct Marketing, building campaigns for Guinness, Allied Bakeries, BAA and Virgin Atlantic.  As well as Chief Executive duties across the Group, he still heads up the RCCL account.  When he’s not doing that, it’s all things Arsenal and Fujian White Crane.

    Julian brings over 20 years of through the line experience on multi-channel campaigns across Europe with BP, Visa, Bass Leisure Retail, National Car Rental, Orange and Currys. He ensures all client requirements are met strategically and financially, delivering campaigns in the most efficient way possible. A keen off roader with a fashionista for a better half.

    Simon joined Positive Thinking over 16 years ago and has been the driving force in establishing and growing our diverse database resource including the development of our proprietary Harvest CRM solution.Hailing from a traditional agency account handlers’ background, Simon consequently made the move into data and has developed these joint skills over the last 23 years to bring a unique appreciation of the challenges facing both today’s marketer and ‘the IT dept’. This extensive understanding of data, from the challenges it provides to the opportunities it presents, has been developed with clients including Orange, American Airlines, Thistle Hotels, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Currys and various Virgin Group companies.

    When not deep in data, Simon will probably be out deep at sea cultivating his newfound love of all things aquatic.

Paul lectures regularly for the Institute of Promotional Marketing both on the Diploma course and on the Advanced Diploma in Strategic Thinking.Paul has been a member of the IPM Board since December 2006.He is also well known as the agency thespian and wordsmith.

    Maia has spent over 15 years working on a variety of client business in FMCG, Media, Travel and Financial Services as well as client experience at Shelter. Maia manages the full-service Royal Caribbean Cruise Line account and heads up our account management function. It is also true that horses and witchcraft are in her blood.

    From the heart of the West Country, Nick has masses of experience across blue chip design projects in travel, financial services, government, consulting and retail. Nick remains very much the ‘hands on’ head of our design team with direct client responsibilities. When not tucked away in the agency studio, Nick is often to be found anywhere between holes1 and 18.
